Venetian/Curtains
Formed from 24g steel into U-shaped section which conceals the operating mechanism stove enamelled to match the slats and bottom rail.
Slats
Made from special aluminium alloy for greatest flexibility plus maximum resistance to corrosion. The slats are formed with rounded corners and all rout holes and corners cleanly punched and free from burrs. They are specially treated before enamelling to five maximum bond between metal and the finish. The enamel, available in a wide colour range, is then baked to give a finish highly resistant to scratching, fading and cracking.
Bottom rail
Formed from rust proofed steel stove-enamelled to give a hard and durable finish to match the slats and headrail.
Ladder Web
In braided terylene guaranteed fade resistant, shrink proof and rot proof that is dyed to colour co-ordinate the slats.
Lift cords
Best quality sleeved terylene cord colour co-ordinated to slat with nylon acorn pull.
Brackets
Heavy guage steel stove enamelled to match the headmember that are designed to ensure easy removal of the blind and secure fixing.
Cord Lock
Nylon housing with positive locking metal ferrules that do not bite into the cord but are so designed as to prevent the blind from falling accidentally.
Tilt Unit
Nylon housing enclosing a metal worm and pulley providing geared drive for infinite angle control. Operation is by a extruded nylon transparent wand.
